I think aroha means love, kindness,selflessness,caring,helping and not expecting a reward for it.

I think it is important to show aroha because if you were somebody who was old or not 100% in the brain you would want somebody to show aroha to you.

I showed aroha by helping my mum cook dinner.I peeled tw massive red potatoes.
