EXCUSE TO GET OUT OF CROSS COUNTRY BY LUKE!!

"Mum I can't do cross country because last night I woke up and a ghost said the world has frozen for 24hours and said I have to run every where and I ran like 60000km and it felt like my legs were going to fall off and then the 24 hours stopped when I was eating candy in the dairy and a big alarm went off and the police came and asked what I was doing I said what happened but they didn't believe me so they took me to prison and I was in alcatraz with some really bad guy!!! so I helped him dig his hole and he escaped and said so long sucker so I told a police officer and he let me free and I came straight back home and got straight in to bed before you got up and dad heard me come in and I think he thought it was a robber so he was walking around the house with a flaw light and a gun and my legs are killing me so I can't go to school to run cross country"
